If appropriate, our receptionists will offer you an appointment in an Improved Access clinic so you can be seen as soon as possible. These clinics run in the evenings and at the weekends. You will not see your usual doctor at these appointments, and you will need to give permission for your medical record to be shared with them. The receptionist will answer your questions about these appointments if you are offered one.
