You can book a face to face or telephone appointment with a doctor by telephoning us or by booking directly using your online account. However at present General Practice is very busy. We expect to be back to normal waiting lengths in the next two months.
We now have a new tool that allows us to text or email you reminders for appointments such as annual reviews and vaccinations. It can include a link that allows you to choose and book an appointment there and then. We also send texts with a link to a questionnaires. Please ensure that you are registered for mobile phone texting or email to receive this service. It will also mean you get appointment reminders.
Our website now only allows you to change your address or ‘ask receptionist a question’. However please don’t use the latter option for urgent issues. We would prefer you to phone us for clinical problems.
