We currently have a Respiratory Specialist Nurse from National Services for Health Improvement (NSHI) assisting the practice to review our patients with asthma. We will contacting relevant patients to invite them for a review appointment. If you are booked into one of these clinics, the use of your information by NSHI is for the purpose of your asthma review only and all data protection, privacy and confidentiality laws will be adhered to.
