ORDERING USING THE RIGHT HAND SIDE OF A PRESCRIPTION

When your doctor has suggested a repeat prescription is appropriate, you can obtain a repeat prescription by returning the tear-off slip or phoning 714400.

Please allow 48 hours for you prescription to be completed.

Each prescription request has a review date. Please could you make an appointment to see your usual doctor or nurse for a review if this date is approaching or has passed.
